Philanne Marie (Klemencic) Molek, 68, of Wickliffe, went to the Lord God's arms Aug. 28, 2013, at Hospice House in Cleveland. She passed away after a long, courageous battle with multiple myeloma.
She was born March 31, 1945, in Cleveland.
Philanne is survived by her husband of 45 years, Stephen; sons, Michael (Gail), Matthew (Mary) and Stephen III; grandchild, Nathaneil; and brother, Rick (Judy). She was a loving aunt, cousin and friend to many.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Felix and Anne (Bajec) Klemencic; brother, Jeff; and nephew, Danny.
Philanne will be remembered for her love of family and friends, and her laugh. The family extends their heartfelt thanks to the oncology professionals at the Cleveland Clinic, the Hospice of the Western Reserve, and the many friends for their faithful prayers, kindness and love during her illness.
Calling hours will be from 4 to 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 31, 2013, at the Orlando-Donsante Funeral Home, 29550 Euclid Ave., Wickliffe, with services to immediately follow at 7:30 p.m.
The family suggests contributions in Philanne's memory to the Chronic Leukemia and Multiple Myeloma Program at the Cleveland Clinic.
