Funeral Mass for Frank A. Fox, 90, of Willoughby, will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2013, at Immaculate Conception Church, 37932 Euclid Ave., Willoughby.
Mr. Fox passed away Sept. 12, 2013, at Manor Care Nursing Home in Willoughby.
Born Feb. 24, 1923, in Beaverdale, Pa., Frank was a
World War II
Army Air Corps veteran, an avid bike rider, woodworker, gardener and a nature enthusiast.
Mr. Fox worked as a railroad machinist for the New York Railway, retiring in 1983 after 32 years of service.
Survivors are his son, Robert (Julie) Fox; daughters, Mary Jane (James) Barbur, Joanne Pengov and Kathryn (Samuel) Krsulovic; grandchildren, Christopher, Robert (Layla), Elizabeth (Travis) Yocum, James M. (Amanda), Michael, Kristen (Costas Kontos), Kaitlin and Matthew; and great-grandchildren, Landry, Crispyn, Zoe, Lucas, Penelope and Guy.
Frank was preceded in death by his wife, Mary E. (nee Glavin); and sisters, Catherine Fistek and Agnes Matthews.
Calling hours will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Brickman Bros Funeral Home, 37433 Euclid Ave., Willoughby.
