LaFon Darnell Johnson Sr.

LONGVIEW — Funeral services for LaFon Darnell Johnson Sr., 52, of Longview, will be 1 p.m. May 19, 2012, at Red Oak Baptist Church with the Rev. H. C. Rockmore officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Victory Funeral Services of Kilgore, Texas.
LaFon, known as "L.D.," was born August 3, 1959, to the parentage of Howard and Lolita Johnson. He departed this life on Sunday, May 13, 2012.
He is survived by his mother, Lolita Johnson; two daughters, Ashley Johnson and De'Cora Dawkins; and two sons, LaFon Johnson Jr. and Lawrence Johnson.
Viewing will be from noon-6:30 p.m. Friday, May 18, 2012, at the funeral home.
