Annette LeVaughn Farmer, 55, of Ormond Beach FL, passed away on Friday, March 20 2015 at 11:30 PM at the home of her daughter in Marietta, GA. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 30th at 4:00 p.m. at Lohman Funeral Home; 733 W. Granada Blvd., Ormond Beach. The family will receive friends on hour prior to services. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Annette's memory to ALS Association, which was her passionate cause in her last years. ( www.alsa.org ). Jewell, Charles F. "Frank"*  
Charles F. Jewell (Frank), 81, of Ormond Beach, FL, passed away Tuesday, May 26, 2015. Frank was born in Brooklyn, New York and was honored to serve in the U.S. Air Force. After moving here with his family in 1964 from Syracuse, New York, he made the Daytona Beach area his adopted home. Mr. Jewell worked at General Electric in Daytona Beach and the Florida Department of Transportation in DeLand. He and his wife, Ruby Harris Jewell, were founding members of Prince of Peace Catholic Church. Frank was a devoted father to his five children and dedicated to helping his community. In addition to umpiring baseball and refereeing basketball, Frank was instrumental in bringing Youth Soccer to the area by helping to form the Halifax Area Youth Soccer League (HAYSL) in 1972. He also officiated many soccer games from the college to youth level in Central Florida. Frank was a lifetime member of the National Intercollegiate Soccer Officials Association (NISOA), and his contributions in that organization earned him induction into the National Soccer Hall of Fame in 1996. He was an avid runner, completing multiple marathons, including the New York City Marathon. Frank lived his life by the Boys Town motto of "He ain't heavy; he's my brother" and requested in lieu of other remembrances donations should be made to Boys Town, P.O. Box 8000, Boys Town, Nebraska 68010. Frank is predeceased by Ruby, his wife of 57 years. Survivors include a daughter, Teresa Jewell of Ormond Beach, FL four sons, Charles F. Jr. (Denise) of Columbia, MD, Michael (Jan) of Barberville, FL, James (Virginia) of Atlanta, GA and David (Karen) of Tampa, FL; a sister, Mavis Jewell of Albany, New York; a brother, Donal (Kathleen) of Hemlock Farms, PA; six grandchildren, Sarah, Laura, Carl, Max, Ryan and Haley; and his best friend, Button. A memorial mass will be celebrated at 12:00pm Saturday, May, 30 at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 600 S. Nova Road, Ormond Beach, FL, with Father Bill Zamborski as celebrant.
