Kenneth Philip Fehl, 58, of Flagler Beach, passed away on Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at his residence with his beloved dog, Peppy at his side. Mr. Fehl was born on August 25, 1954 in Hempstead NY. He was raised in New York and Philadelphia PA. Kenny retired as a conductor with Amtrak in Virginia. He was married in Virginia and moved to Florida, spending his final years in Flagler Beach enjoying the ocean. Kenny loved everything outdoors, especially fishing and boating. He is survived and missed by many friends both human and especially the dogs he cared so much for.
