Ralph Angiulli, 87, of Port Orange, Florida, peacefully passed away to heaven on May 19, 2010 with family members by his side. He was born September 4, 1922 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to John and Mary Angiulli, Italian immigrates. He grew up in Clarksburg, West Virginia where he met his wife of 60 years, Virginia Angiulli (Gentilozzi). They moved to Florida in 1959 to escape the snow and raise their family. Ralph is survived by his three siblings: Sister Johanna Angiulli, Mike Angiulli and Frank Angiulli, his wife, Virginia, three sons, Ralph (Kay), John (Linda — deceased), Dan (Geri); eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Ralph, a retired machinist from Brown-Boveri, was a gentle and quite spirit who loved his family dearly, enjoyed the simplicity of home life, fishing, traveling, gardening and could fix or make anything. He is a World War II U.S. Navy Veteran, VFW member and belonged to Epiphany Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Epiphany Catholic Church, 201 Lafayette Street, Port Orange, FL 32127 or to Halifax Hospice of Volusia Flagler (Port Orange), 3800 Woodbriar Trail, Port Orange, FL 32129. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated ,11:00 a.m. Monday, May 24, 2010 at Epiphany Catholic Church. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Volusia Memorial Funeral Home, Port Orange.
