Stuart Citron, age 73, died on April 20, 2013. Known throughout the Jersey Shore as Blackie, Stu spent most of his life on charter fishing boats. He worked 45 years for the Garden State Parkway with the sole intention of retiring in Florida and going to the pool every day or going fishing. Stu was just pre-deceased by his wife of 50 years, Carol, on February 6, 2013. He was also pre-deceased by his mother, Tillie Resnick Citron, father Ben Citron and his brother, William Citron. He is survived by his daughter, Robin Pruden, and two grand-children, Josh, 16 and Trevor, 7.
