George was dearly loved and respected by so many of us who worked and played with him at Blue Lake. The world is a sadder place without him.

Dear Jean, please know that my prayers are for God's comfort for you and your family and His assurance of George's position in Heaven with our Lord Jesus Christ. I have many fond memories of George and me teaching at Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp, performing together with the Blue Lake Festival band under Dr. Harry Begian, and traveling in Europe for many years as fellow conductors with the Blue Lake International Exchange Program Ensembles. May God's love sustain and protect you and your family, Jean. With much love... Earle
