Benjamin Eugene Eagle, 35, passed away on June 22 in Orlando. A native of DeLand, Benjamin proudly served his country in the Marine Corps, after which he worked at Walt Disney World as a software engineer. He will always be remembered for his sense of humor and his quick wit. He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his beloved wife, Shannon; mother Bunnie (Vernon Seibers) Vaughn of Orange City; father Rev. James T. (Geraldine) Eagle, Jacksonville, NC; sister Brandy (Lenny) Fancher of DeLand; father-in- law Ron (Lorraine) Albright of Washington, MO; mother-in-law Katie (Johnny) Rivers, Mexico, MO; brother-in-law Ryan Albright; half brother-in-law Knole Peck; and half sister-in-law Kaydence Peck, all of Washington, MO; nephews Cole & Austin Fancher, Stanley Stoll III; and his other brother Darryl Nicholson. The family will celebrate his life with a service on Thursday, June 27, at 11:00 A.M. at The Lighthouse Church, DeLand. Burial will be at DeLand Memorial Gardens with military honors following the service. You are invited to share your memories with the family at
