Emily Kinsman Buscher, 94, passed away peacefully on June 15, 2012. She is survived by her daughter, Suzanne Wilson; daughter-in-law Dianne Buscher; three grand-daughters, Buffie Wilson, Leigh Wilson Gasparovic and Dr. April Buscher; one grandson, John Wilson; one granddaughter-in-law, Dr. Colleen Vasconcellos; two grandsons-in-law, Terry Gasparovic and Tobias Gloth; one great-granddaughter, Ellie Gasparovic; and one great-grandson, Benjamin Gasparovic. Emily was predeceased by her loving husband of 64 years, Lawrence E. (Doc) Buscher, Sr., her son, Lawrence E. (Larry) Buscher, Jr., and her son-in-law Daniel Wilson. Emily was born in Washington, D.C. and spent a large portion of her life in the D.C. area before she and Doc made Port Orange their home in retirement. From their Port Orange dream condo at the Admiralty Club, Emily and Doc enjoyed life to the fullest, whether traveling the world, spending time with their loving family, or socializing with their many friends at home. In recent years, Emily enjoyed spending time with friends and visiting family at Emeritus at Port Orange. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, June 23, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Cardwell Funeral Home, located at 3571 S. Ridgewood Ave., Port Orange, FL 32129. Viewing will be from 1:00 p.m. until service time. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Halifax Health Hospice of Volusia/Flagler.
