James Alfred Webb went home to be with the Lord the evening of July 10, 2018 at Halifax Health surrounded by family sharing stories of our lives together. Jimmy was known for his gift of storytelling and the ability to light up a room with his charm and laughter. He was a dedicated friend and was always wanting to do what he could for any one in need. He will be remembered most for his generous spirit, love for his family, friends, and deep connection with nature. His life was filled with exploring the outdoors, especially the Florida coastline. An avid fisherman, his favorite place to be was in his kayak paddling down any river or stream with a fishing pole in tow. Born in Borderland, Kentucky. He was the son of the late Alfred Webb Jr. and Irene Webb. He grew up in Holly Hill FL, graduated from Mainland High School and went on to work in the family business- Al Webb's Fact-O-Bake - as an auto painter serving the Daytona Beach Community for over 40 years. He is predeceased by his father, Alfred Webb Jr. He is survived by his Mother- Irene Webb- brothers- Clyde Webb, Michael Webb (Stephanie)- and sisters Darlene Hinton (John), Sharon Dunlap (John), and Charlotte Bowman (Butch). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held Friday July 13, 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. at Volusia Memorial Funeral Home, 548 North Nova Road, Ormond Beach.
