Clarence Edward "Joe" Seib, 75, died Saturday, January 26, 2013. He was born in Indiana and lived in Edgewater with his loving wife of 54 years, Peggy A. Seib. Joe was a Veteran of the Korean war. He was a butcher by trade and a fisherman at heart. He loved riding his motorcycles, shrimping and playing poker with his friends at Hacienda del Rio. Joe was predeceased by his parents, Clarence & Palestine Seib and a son-in-law, Alan Nau. Survivors include his wife Peggy; two daughters Kimberly A. Lingo, Astor, FL and Lisa K. Nau of Evansville, Ind; three sisters: Gloria Chamberlain of Evansville, Ind., Sue Pease , Atlanta, Ga, Wilma Mirabella, Dania Beach, FL; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren, and one on the way. Funeral Services will be 11 A.M. Friday, February 15th at Deltona Memorial Funeral Home, Orange City. Interment will follow at DeLand Memorial Gardens.
