Louis L. Foster, "Lee", Ormond Beach, formerly of Orlando, passed away on Dec. 1, 2012 at the age of 75. He was born on June 3, 1937 to Helen and Smokey Foster in Cleburne, Texas. Lee graduated from Cleburne High School, Cleburne, TX; Baylor University, Waco, TX and the University of Miami, Miami, FL. While traveling in Europe, he met his soul mate and the wife of 40 years. He has two "Foster" girls, Beth and Sara, and two grandchildren, Charlie and Henry. He was very devoted to his wife and family. Lee retired in 1994 from Florida Department of Education/Orange County Public Schools as Director Compensatory Education and from Viacom in 1999. Lee will always be remembered for his love of life, the twinkle in his eyes and the smile on his face. He is currently planning his next "got cha". Lee will be laid to rest in his family's plot in Rosehill Cemetery. A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date in Ormond Beach. The family request that in lieu of flowers, a donations be made in Lee's name to .
