Louise A. Anthony, born to Theodore and Esther Emery in Philadelphia, PA, May 13, 1922, died April 1, 2013 at 3:30pm. Funeral Mass will take place, Wednesday, April 10, 2013, 8:30am, at Our Lady of Hope Church, Port Orange, FL. In 1942, on Valentines Day, she married John Paul Anthony Jr, they lived in Delaware County, PA, and had two children. In 1979, John and Louise, together with their daughter and grand-daughter, moved to Port Orange, Fl., and were members of Our Lady of Hope Church, where Louise was a charter member, and also leader and Vice-President of the Sociable Seniors, where her motto was "Making People Happy". Louise enjoyed the beach, basking in the sun, swimming, dancing to rock-n-roll music, shopping and planning activities with her daughter, who were best friends. She enjoyed most of all, a 21 day trip to Greece, Turkey, the Holy Land and many cruises. She leaves to cherish her memory; one daughter, Louise E. Anthony; one son John Paul III. She was pre-ceded in death by her loving husband John Paul Anthony Jr, and granddaughter, Jacqueline, whom she raised along with her husband and daughter Louise.
