O'neil Larrivee, 88, from Ormond Beach, Florida passed away Thursday, April 4th, 2013. Mr. Larrivee was born in Berlin, NH. and moved to Ormond Beach, FL in 1975 from Manchester, N.H. He served in the U.S. Army from 1944 to 1946. He was awarded two medals, Army of occupation and World War II Victory medal. He later became a licensed appliance mechanic and store owner Shop Service in Manchester, N.H. and Laundromat owner in Ormond Beach, FL. He was a member of St. Brendan's Catholic Church. He loved gardening, fishing and playing cards with friends and family. He was predeceased by his loving wife Theresa Larrivee and a sister Dora Nault. Survivors include three daughters, Jacqueline Petzold and Pauline Stone, both of Manchester N.H., and Jeanne Larrivee, Ormond Beach, FL; a brother Rene Larrivee of Goffstown, N.H.; a brother-in-law Father Raymond A. Lettre, Weeki Wachee, FL; and four grandchildren: Mallory Stone, Dallas Texas: Colin Stone, and Heidi Petzold from Manchester, N.H.; and Jennifer Maxwell from Iowa Falls, Iowa; and several nieces and nephews. In lieu of other remembrances, the family requests donations be made to Vitas Innovative Hospice Care, 2381 Mason Avenue, Suite 100, Daytona Beach, FL 32117. Memorial services will be held Monday, April 8th, at 6:30 pm at Dale Woodward Funeral Home, 1780 Ocean Shore Boulevard, Ormond Beach, FL 32176 with the family receiving friends from 5:00pm until the service time.
