Funeral Service for Miss. Shawquice Ellis, 26, Ormond Beach, who passed on Wed., Feb. 13, 2013, will be 3 PM, Sat., Feb. 23, 2013 at Greater Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, with Pastor Evans L. Smith, of Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church, officiating. Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. Calling hours are from 5 - 7 PM, Fri., (today, Feb. 22) at Morning Star MBC and from 1:30 PM until service time at Greater Friendship MBC on Sat. Miss. Ellis was born April 13, 1986 to Donnell Ellis and Wisteria Harry. She attended the public schools of Daytona Bch and St. James Academy, Daytona Bch. She enjoyed singing, traveling, watching television, cooking for her boys, talking on the telephone and going to church. She loved her boys so very much along with all of her family. She had a heart so big that every time you came into her presence you couldn't help but love her, because she was raised with so much love in her family. Qui was obsessed with fashion and accessories and loved to party. She was preceded in death by her grandmother: Cathalee Harry; grandfather: Norman Williams; great grandmother: Wisteria Brown; aunt: Terri Harry; great aunt: Betty Harry; brother: Donnell "DJ" Ellis, Jr.; cousins: Ronald Patterson, III and Michele; godmother: Kimberly McCants; special cousin: Damari Smith.
