Wilma B. Davis, "Billie" of DeLand, FL passed away at home on Sunday, July 1 with Don by her side. A native of Sioux City, Iowa she has been a resident of DeLand since 1996, moving here from Fort Lauderdale, FL. Prior to retiring she was a Medical Records Transcriptionist at Florida Hospital, DeLand. She enjoyed her beloved pets and reading. Billie is survived by her husband Don Davis; sister Barbara Goldman of Santa Fe, TX; and her brother Earl "Casey" Bangert of Phoenix, AZ.
