Marilyn L. Caldwell, 83, wife of the late John R. Caldwell, Sr., peacefully passed away on November 14, 2012. In addition to her late husband she was preceded in death by her daughter, Sandra Fleischmann; and grandsons, Christopher and Robert. Marilyn is survived and will be greatly missed by her son, John (Skip) Caldwell, Jr. (Mary) of Salida, CO; daughter, Sheri Hathaway (Brian) of Port Orange, FL; grandsons, Chad Hathaway, Chet Fleischmann, Derek Hathaway, Hawk Caldwell, Brad Fleischmann; granddaughter, Trisha Southerland; and nine great-grandchildren. Marilyn worked many years for the City of New Smyrna Beach and retired from Sun Coast Credit Union. Marilyn was a member of the United Church of Christ; Past Worthy Matron of New Smyrna Beach O.E.S.; Past High Priestess of the Ladies of the Oriental Shrine; member of the Daughters of the Nile; and a Shrinenet. She loved her family, loved to travel and loved to shop. A memorial service will be held on Monday, November 19, at 2:00 pm at the United Church of Christ, 203 Washington Street, New Smyrna Beach, FL.
