Francis Joseph Ross, age 83, was welcomed into God's loving arms after a long courageous battle with Alzheimer's on November 13th, 2013 (his birthday) at the Volusia/ Flagler Hospice in Orange City. Frank moved to this area in 1985 from Troy, N.Y. He was a retired truck driver and a member of the N.Y. Teamsters Union. Frank loved car racing and wildlife and had a smile that could light up a room. Survivors include his wife Lois Ross of Debary, two daughters Tina (Rich) Fitzmaurice of South Daytona and Sharee (Charlie) Seyffer of Troy, N.Y., four step children, a grandson Michael (Monica) Seyffer of Johnsonville, N.Y., three great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held St. Ann's Catholic Church, 26 Dogwood Trail, Debary, FL 32713 on November 23rd at 11:00am.
