Juliet J. Parker, 83, of Daytona Beach, Florida, went to be with the Lord on March 1, 2014. Juliet was born in Louisville, Missouri on November 28, 1930 daughter of the late Fred and Elizabeth Johnson. She has been a resident of this area since 1963 moving from Hastings, Fl. Juliet was a member of Stewart Memorial United Methodist Church for many years and later joined the Church of Jesus of Ormond Beach. For many years she worked as a secretary for the Volusia County School System until her retirement. Her family remembers her humble and peaceful nature and how important family was to her. Everyone knew her as friends in the neighborhood. Left to cherish her memory are her grandson, Julian Parker Miller; her sister, Edith Love; great-grandchildren, Tanecia Gregory, Jaziah Miller, Junyla Miller, and Journi Miller; niece, Elizabeth (Cam) Herph, close friend and caregiver, Beverly Parsley; dear friends, Jan "Ramonia Kitchen", Ricky Williams, Geneva Loper, Mark Johnson, and Jennifer Smith. She was predeceased by her husband, Lawrence A. Parker and two sons, Julian Parker and Lawrence Parker Jr. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, 1:00 pm at Volusia Memorial Funeral Home, 548 N.
