Thomas J. Bradley, 22, of Palm Coast, Florida, began the next chapter of his life on Tuesday, March 18, 2014. A visitation for Thomas will be held on Friday, March 21, 2014 from 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm at the Lohman Funeral Home Palm Coast, 220 Palm Coast Parkway SW. A visitation will also be held from 10:00 am until 11:00 am Saturday, March 22, 2014 at the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church followed by A Mass of Christian burial at 11:00 am. Thomas's story began in New Haven, CT on February 20, 1992, with his parents, James and Celine Bradley. His life was a compilation of anecdotes and short stories that Tom authored. He had a passion for reading and was diligently working on the next great American novel. Tom truly loved life and lived it to the fullest. He graduated from Matanzas High School and was currently a student at Daytona State College. In addition to his parents, Tom is survived by his brother Michael and his twin sister Ann. He is also survived by his grandmother, Ann Raleigh of Brooklyn, NY, his grandfather Clifford Bradley of West Haven, CT, as well as numerous aunts and uncles, and multiple cousins, who will continue to tell his story. He was predeceased by his grandmother, Anne Bradley, his grandfather Alfred Raleigh, Uncle Larry Bradley and Cousin Greg Bradley. In lieu of flowers, and in keeping with Tom's love of knowledge, read a book in his memory. Condolences may be shared with the family online at
