Herman Frank Barlow passed away peacefully on April 5th, 2014. He was born in Cochran, GA on August 14, 1929. He moved to Ormond Beach in 1956. He worked for Don Bell and Harry Moody Sign Companies. He was an accomplished artist as well as a master hunter and fisherman. Also, he was considered an excellent marksman. Gladys Barlow, his wife of 61 years, predeceased him 5 years ago, as well as his daughter Barbara Barlow-Moxley, and his son Herman Frank Barlow, Jr. 9 months ago. He is survived by his children, Janice Burns, Bobby Barlow, Lynda Shiplett, Elizabeth Barlow, Marie Marzilli, Neal Barlow, Lynn Barlow, and David Barlow. He had 23 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren. He will be missed and will live on in our hearts forever. Services will be held at Fisher's Funeral Home in Cochran, GA.
