On Wednesday, April 23, 2014 The Lord, in His calling, took with Him Theodoros Panagiotis Klironomos at the age of 75. His life started August 14, 1938 in Talanta, Laconia, Greece, where he was raised one of five siblings and left home at the age of 15 to work in Athens, Greece. He later moved to Montreal, Quebec, Canada in 1957 to eventually go back home to marry his wife of 50 years, Archontoula "Toula" in March of 1964 and start their life in Montreal. He later moved the family on to Toronto and New York eventually ending up in beautiful Ormond Beach in 1980 where he raised his family. He was the proprietor of Paesano Italian Restaurant for many years, which later became Baskin 31 Robbins/ Dunkin Donuts. He retired in 1998 caring full time for his family and grandchildren, a job he enjoyed. He is survived by his wife, son and daughter-in-law, Panagiotis "Pete" and Evelyn Klironomos and his two grandchildren Tia and Angelo that he loved and cared for each day until he left. A funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Monday at St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church. Interment will follow at Daytona Memorial Park. His family will receive friends Sunday from 4:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. at Haigh-Black Funeral Home, 167 Vining Court, Ormond Beach where a Trisagion service will be held at 6:30 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church.
