Darlene D. Hodson, 74, Edgewater, a former film inspector for Eastman-Kodak in Rochester, NY, died Wednesday, June 25, 2014 at her residence. Mrs. Hodson was born in Rochester and moved
to the area in 1987 from Hilton, NY. She is survived by one daughter, Michelle (Michael) Shaffner of Edgewater; one brother, Robert L. (Eileen) Drumm of The Villages; one granddaughter, Ashlee Sheryl Hodson of Edgewater; her significant other, John Welch also of Edgewater and several nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by her husband, C. Earl Hodson and a daughter, Sheryl Hodson. Visitation will be from 4 PM until 5 PM Sunday, June 29, 2014 at Dudley Funeral Home, 1108 N. Dixie Freeway, New Smyrna Beach. Burial will be in Parma Union Cemetery, Hilton, NY.
