Funeral Services for Mrs. Louise Scott-Corbitt, 93 Daytona Bch, who passed on June 28, 2014, will be 2 PM, Saturday, July 5, 2014 at Tubman-King Community Church, with Rev. Luke
Childs, Pastor, St. Peter's Rock Missionary Baptist Church, officiating. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Calling hours are from 5-7 PM, today (Fri, July 4) at St. Peter's Rock MBC and from 12:30 PM until service time at Tubman-King Community Church on Saturday. Mrs. Corbitt was born March 10, 1921 in Colquitt, GA and moved to Daytona Bch in 1956 from Sanford, FL. She attended school in Putnam County. She was a member of St. Peter's Rock Missionary Baptist Church where she was a member of the Interdenominational Prayer Band #2. Her interests include attending Church, Prayer Band Meetings and watching the Court Programs and old sitcoms on TV. She is survived by, her daughters: Lillie P. (Frank) Robinson, LaCrosse, FL, Annie "Ann" Scott Johnson, Daytona Bch; 8 grandchildren: Kimberly Ann Trawick, Dexter L. Benjamin, Charles C. Roberts, III and Reginald L. Roberts, Sr., Daytona Bch; Bernard Pullens, Cecil, GA, Yvonne Richardson, Sacramento, CA, Regina (Edwin) Johnson, Richmond, CA, and Pamela Pullens, Hayward, CA; 15 great grandchildren: Jacquita Ann Benjamin, Long Beach, CA, Ebony M. (Tijuan) Evans, and Darrell B. Tanner, Jr., Hartford, CT, Porcha Benjamin, Daytona Bch, Bryan Tanner, LaCrosse, FL, Charles C. Roberts, IV, Houston, TX, Keon Cooper, Austin, TX, Reginald L. Roberts, Jr. and Juston J. Roberts, both of Daytona Bch, Rich Bacon, Jacksonville, FL, Chalana Ann Roberts, New Smyrna Bch, Dontae Littleton, Hayward, CA and Aaron and Ashleigh Johnson, both of Richmond, CA; 6 great-great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Vera Purcell, Miami, FL; nephews, Rickey Scott, NY, Windsor Purcell, Miami, FL and Kenneth B.J.
