Marshall was a very special and important figure in my life. He was a mentor and great advisor and I think of him very often. He was taken from us too soon. His guidance and assistance were pivotal to our family and our business and his expertise is sorely missed. May his memory be eternal.

Michele & family: I just learned of Marshall's passing. We are saddened to hear of this. George & I will miss him. He would come into the gas station down from his office for his oil changes and we would try to drive him to work and he insisted on walking. He has a lot of stories, and helped me with my fathers trust. If you need anything, please don't hesitate to call on us. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this most difficult time. His memory will live on for a long time.

Today our family learned of the passing of our Tax and Estate Attorney Marshall Barkin. It is with a humble heart and much sadness we send our deepest condolences to his family and friends as we mourn his passing along them. He often spoke of his family; his wife, son, and daughters and especially his grandchildren with such pride and love. Speaking from my own personal experience with Marshall, He was a very easy man to talk to and he had a special way of taking the mystery out of complex matters without making one feel intimidated. He evoked a sense of sincere engagement with my family and me and always put our best interest at heart. On behalf of my family I relied much on him for his intellect and his advice.
With our deepest condolences and our love we will miss him very much.
Sincerely,
The Drakakis Family
Nicholas, Kalypso, and Matoula

Our family was extremely saddened to hear about the passing of this wonderful man. Marshall has been a legal counselor, friend and mentor to us for many years. He and my father developed a wonderful friendship from their first meeting decades ago.

My parents wish to extend their apologies for missing the funeral as they were out of the country visiting family in Greece.

We all developed a deep respect and admiration for Marshall. He will be sorely missed. May the memories you all shared over the years give you strength and remind you of the happy times.

Julie and Jeffery, Nick and I have just returned home from a visit with our son Vic and his family, in London. We were saddened by the news of your fathers death. It caused us to be, all the more, grateful, though, for the quality time that we we have just experienced with our family. In reality, none of us know when that last time together might be. We are sure that Marshall was a special father and grandfather and know that he will be greatly missed by all of you. Please know that you will be in our thoughts and prayers. Fondly, Nick and Kitty Lou Kimmel

Dear Michelle and family,

Please know that the Week's family sends its love and prayers for all of you. I had met Marshall when I was about 15 years old. when I became a lawyer he became both a friend and mentor. I could always call him up and he would spend whatever time was needed to help me. I enjoyed seeing him when duties would take me by his office and discuss the latest in what was happening with family members. He was a tremendous help to my father through the years with both his personal and professional issues. I will miss him greatly.

On behalf of the entire Week's family here and abroad please know we are thinking of all of you.
