Leo Oteri, 93, of Ormond Beach, FL died peacefully Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at his home. A native of Brooklyn, New York, Leo was the son of Placido and Faustina Oteri, immigrants from Italy. He was preceded in death by four brothers and one sister. Leo was a veteran of World War II where he served as a military police officer. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Edna Harrison Oteri; his son Michael Oteri of Ormond Beach, FL; his daughter Dee Dee Oteri Perkins and husband Jimmy Perkins of Brevard, NC; his grandchildren Adam Perkins, Allie Perkins, and Logan Oteri. A memorial service will be held on December 1, 2012 at 12:00 pm at Tomoka Christian Church, 1151 W. Granada Blvd., Ormond Beach, FL. Memorial contributions are asked to be made in lieu of flowers to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
