Funeral services for Mrs. Jessie Mae Sharpe, 71, Valrico, Florida, who passed on December 3, 2012, will be 2 PM, Saturday, December 15, 2012 at House of Prayer for Everyone Christian Church International, with Rev. Willie R. Davis, pastor, officiating. Interment will follow in Sharpe Cemetery in Allie, GA. Calling hours are from 5:00 - 8:30 PM, Friday (today, Dec. 14) at RJ Gainous Funeral Home and from 12:30 PM until service time at the church on Saturday. Born May 24th, 1941 in Allie, Georgia to Mr. Cluster Summerset and Viola Reddick-Summerset; she was also preceded in death by her son: Larry Summerset; a sister-in-law: Louise Summer-set. She was educated in the Public school system of Allie, Georgia and was employed as a Certified Nurses Assistant. Mrs. Sharpe enjoyed Relaxing, doing word puzzles, watching "Meet the Browns", walking her dog Missy and telling all that Missy did that made her happy. She loved cooking and would insist that you eat. She loved her grands and great-grands and would do whatever it took to bless them. Left to mourn Jessie's passing is one son: Herbert Sharpe, Tampa, Florida; three daughters: Sylvia Sharpe and Betty Sharpe, both of Daytona Beach, Florida; and Eileen Sharpe of Brandon, Florida; two brothers: Tommy Lee Summerset, James Summerset; three sisters: Carrie B. Thomas, Mary Summerset, Martha Summerset; eight grandchildren: Charles McLeod, Aliki Sharpe, Tony Summerset, Andrea Summerset, Jessica Sharpe, Shareckia McLeod, Alyssa Summerset and Monique Robinson; a daughter-in-law: Karen Summerset, Orlando, Florida; one god-daughter: Deana Green; and a host of other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
