Rita R. Hibala, 83, of Daytona Beach Florida passed away February 10, 2013 at Florida Hospital, Daytona Beach, Florida. A private interment was held at Daytona Memorial Park Cemetery, Daytona Beach, Florida. Rita was born and raised in Saratoga Springs, NY, after graduating High School she became employed as a waitress in the Restaurant Circuit. She worked for Greenbriar Inn, West Virginia for the summer, The Fountain Bleu Restaurant in Miami during winter and back up to Saratoga Springs, NY in between. Rita loved to visit Daytona Beach, Florida and moved here upon her retirement. Daytona Beach is where Rita met and married her late husband Paul. She will be remembered by her friends as a feisty red head who just loved life. She was very quick witted and her words will last in the hearts of her friends for years to come. Rita was preceded in death by her parents, her beloved husband Paul and her seven sisters and one brother. She leaves behind her dear friends Jimmie and Judith Smith of Ormond Beach, Florida and many nieces and nephews. Donations in Rita's name may be made to the Hope Lutheran Church, 594 N.
