Funeral service for Sandra D. Roberts, age 75, of Edgewater, who died Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at Hospice of Volusia/Flagler, Edgewater, will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, February 25 at Settle-Wilder's New Smyrna Beach Chapel. Burial will follow at Sea Pines Memorial Gardens in Edgewater. Visitation will be 5:00-7:00 p.m. Sunday, February 24 at the funeral home. Born in St. Augustine, Mrs. Roberts lived in West Palm Beach and New Smyrna Beach before living out her golden years in Edgewater. She was a retired school bus driver from Palm Beach County School Board, loved bowling, bingo and spending time with friends and classmates. She was a member of the "Nifty-Fifties" band, loved the beach, parties, and get-togethers with her friends. Survivors include two daughters, Lori Zapf (Vernon Smith) and Tiffany (John Manis); two sons, Guilbert Zapf and Patrick Zapf (Lynn); two brothers, George R. Morey and Carl Morey; seven grandchildren, Kimberly Smith, Amanda Zapf, Courtney DeFalco (Blair), James Zapf, Cody Winnegar, Tegan Manis, and Miley Manis; and five great-grandchildren, Devin DeFalco, Leah DeFalco, Riley DeFalco, Aspen Winnegar, and Bindy Winnegar.
