Anthony Douglas Muto, 90, New Smyrna Beach, FL died March 27, 2013. Doug was born in Chicopee, Massachusetts. He served our nation in the United States Army Air Corps. He worked as a manufacturing consultant for many years. Doug loved fishing and invented a portable bait live well for which he holds a patent. He was inducted into the Order of Engineers last fall at Western New England University. He also received a special honor from the Suffield Lion's Club. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife Virginia Baker; and daughter Susan Muto. He was preceded in death by a son Robert. Life Celebration will be held at United Church of Christ, 203 Washington Street, New Smyrna Beach; 2:00PM Sunday, April 14. Memorial donations are requested to United Church of Christ New Smyrna Beach or Western New England University Office of Development, 1215 Wilbraham Rd., Springfield, MA 01119-2684.
