Dennis, Kelly, and Jenny I am truly sorry for your loss. Arlene was a truly special person who lit up a room everytime she entered. I was a newbie, just moved to Florida, and she immediately made me feel welcome and like I had been a part of this large group of friends forever. I'll never forget how much I liked and appreciated her for that. She will be missed. Eva Chatfield

I am so sorry I never knew this beautiful person as I have lived here 50 years in Daytona. I was born and lived in Corbin, Ky. I left Corbin in 1961, daughter of David and Juanita Edwards. It seems I have missed knowing and being friends of a lovely, beautiful person. May God give comfort to all the family and friends of this Angel. She will be missed by many that is for certain. Sincerely, Helen Tompkins, Port Orange.

DNA,....This is Blue Creek.
Arlene passed by Blue Creek on her way to Silver Glen...and on to heaven.

Carol and I made a small cypress cross
with her name on it and placed it softly on a bed of Hyacinths floating
by our dock.
I'm sure it will make it to the sea!

Dennis, We loved her so much.

Dennis ... Although I never met Arlene, I could sense her grace and kindness as well as the undying and unequalled love you two shared. As you told me, she was your high school sweetheart and absolute best friend. My heart aches for your loss. Although taken too early, Heaven must have needed this very special angel. God bless ....

An angel as returned to heaven. Arlene touched the life of every person she interacted with, she was a guiding light in to a simpler, more peaceful world. She changed my life in countless ways in the short year that I knew her, I am lucky to have known her, to have been graced with her grace and unabounding love, and to have as many great memories and reminders of her that I do. Much love to Dennis and the rest of Arlene's beautiful family.
