Frank Noce, Jr., age 84, of Ormond Beach, passed away Saturday (December 21, 2013) at Florida Hospital after a long illness. A native of Mullens, West Virginia, Mr. Noce moved here from his birth place in 1958. He was an Air Force veteran of the Korean War. Frank and his wife, Sandra, were the owners/operators of Southern Plastics and Rubber Co in Ormond Beach. They were members of St. Brendan Catholic Church and former members of the Halifax Club. Survivors include his beloved wife of 61 years, Sandra; "Their Boy" Ray Komara and wife Sandy, "Granddaughters" Lindsey Komara and Nicole (Matthew) Carter, and "Great-grandsons" Noah and Adam Carter. Longtime loyal employees, Ann Daniel, Steve Andrews, and Steve Sandell, and Lanell Lewis who was like a daughter to him. Frank had many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and extended family, loyal employees, countless business associates and friends, and many caring, loving caregivers.In lieu of other remembrances the family requests donations be made to The Salvation Army, or The Humane Society.
