Stanley B. Kowal, Jr., 78, passed away peacefully at his home with family at his side on February 15, 2014. Stanley was born in 1935 in Trenton, N.J to the late Stanley and Catherine Kowal. He
graduated from Trenton High School in 1953 and later joined the United States Navy, where he served for 3 years during the Korean Conflict on the USS Albany. He retired from the Trenton Police Department in 1972 after 13 years of service. Stanley loved to travel with his wife all over the country, riding his motorcycle, feeding the ducks that lived in his pond, and ghost hunting all over Florida. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 46 years, Lois Kowal; children, Theresa Clowar, Stanley B. Kowal III, Thomas Clowar, Robert Clowar, Allen Kowal, and Lois Ann Williamson; brother, Wayne Kowal; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
