Billy Long Obituary

Billy Joe "Buster" Long born in Springfield, Missouri, April 27, 1942 passed away, peacefully, in his home, October 29, 2010.
He was preceded in death by his father, Charles W. Long. He is survived by his mother, Josephine Long, Ash Grove; son, Ronnie and wife Connie Long, Springfield; daughter, Sheila Smith, Nixa; son, Doug Long and Liberty Byrom, Bois D' Arc and 11 grandchildren.
After retiring from Wm J Zickel flooring co, Buster loved to work on his antique cars and tractors.
Visitation services will be held in Greenlawn Funeral Home North, Monday November 1, 2010, from 6 to 8 p.m. Visitation services only.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the American Cancer Society.
Son, Dad and Grandpa we love you and miss you.

I am very sorry for your loss, I have alot of childhood memories of all you guys and your dad "Buster", he was around our dad and worked side by side for many years, I feel your pain, we've been thru it too, but time does heal us. So just hang in there and remember all the good times to get you thru it.
