Gregory Scott Andrus, age 53, Republic, passed away Wednesday, February 19, 2014, at his home. He was born May 26, 1960 in Springfield, Missouri. Greg graduated from the Billings High School and, later, earned an Associates Degree in Computer Science. After traveling over the states as an Information Technician, he came back to the Republic area and began working at Kraft Foods in Springfield.

He played on the high school basketball team, and enjoyed any type of sports, and was a Harley Davidson motorcycle enthusiast. Greg was a member of the Billings Christian Church.
Greg was preceded in death by his father, Raymond Lee Andrus, and his mother, Betty Jane (Mooneyham) Spencer. He is survived by a son, Tony Cole, Ozark; a brother, Randy Andrus and wife Tamara, Jacksonville, Florida; a nephew, Kristopher Andrus; Lee's Summit, Missouri, step-father, Jim Spencer, Springfield; step-mother, JoAnn Andrus, Billings; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
There will be a visitation 5-7 p.m., Sunday, February 23, 2014, at Meadors Funeral Home, Republic, Missouri. The graveside service will be at 2:00 p.m., Monday, February 24th at Wade Chapel Cemetery, Republic, Missouri, with Rev. Darryl Schafer officiating, under direction of Meadors Funeral Home, Republic.
