Bradley D. Wardlaw, 53, Springfield, passed away Wednesday, June 18, 2014, in Cox South Hospital, surrounded by his family.
He was born July 31, 1960 in Springfield, Missouri the son of Donald E. and Virginia J. (Robertson) Wardlaw. He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Wardlaw; his paternal grandparents, Dale and Velma Wardlaw and his maternal grandparents, Sam and Helen Robertson.
Brad was president of Pioneer Construction Company and a real estate sales agent with Carol Jones Reality. He attended Logan-Rogersville High School and Missouri State University. He was a member of Kings Way United Methodist Church; Elks Lodge No. 409; Pleasant Hope Masonic Lodge No. 467; Abou Ben Adhem Shrine Temple and the Home Builders Association and NAHB.
R.I.P. Brad Wardlaw. You were the most dedicated, loyal, and most inspirational person on this planet. You cared for everyone before yourself. You had such a big heart and let anybody in under any circumstances. You will be forever missed and your legacy will go on along with all your accomplishments. You're not only a good person to everyone around you, you were also the most amazing father any son could have ever asked for. Nobody will ever forget you Daddy. We all love you with all our hearts. Thank you for all you have done for this world and all the people around you...you are truly an amazing person and I love you more than anything and it kills me to see you go.. Sleep well daddy and rest in peace.

He is survived by a son, Ryan Wardlaw; his mother, Virginia Wardlaw; a brother, Sam Wardlaw; a half-brother, Donald G. Wardlaw; two nephews, Devin Wardlaw and Willie Wardlaw; Ryan's mother, Leisa Wardlaw, all of Springfield; three uncles, Dennis Robertson and wife Geri, Springfield; David Robertson and wife Marie, Hot Springs, AR; and Stephen Robertson and wife Cathy, Lebanon, OH; and many friends.
Memorial services will be held at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 24, 2014 in J.D. Lee and Sons Funeral Home, Rogersville.
Visitation will be held from 6 - 7:00 p.m., before the service in the funeral home.
