Kori Driver Obituary
Kori Driver

Kori Keltner Driver, 36, of Battlefield, MO died unexpectedly Monday, August 11, 2014 while vacationing in Florida with her husband, Michael.

Kori was born October 16, 1977, in Springfield, Missouri to Kurt and Kim Keltner, Rogersville. She attended Logan-Rogersville High School where she played several sports and loved being involved in other school activities. She also was elected Homecoming Queen her senior year. Kori spent her college career at Drury University where she lettered 4 years on the varsity women's tennis team, enjoyed working for her business degree, and was president of her sorority, ZTA.

Kori made so many lifelong friends during these years and leaves behind the reminder of her smiles, gentle spirit and laughter.

As much as she wanted to stay and be with her three little girls, we believe the Lord came to her and said she had fought long and hard enough. It was time for her spirit to join Him and have peace.

We will all miss her terribly but know that her love will continue to surround us in this time of separation. The dear and rich memories we all have are a precious gift that we can treasure through the years.

Kori leaves behind her husband, Mike; three darling girls—Kendra, Konner and Kelsey; her parents Kurt & Kim Keltner; in-laws Gary and Teresa Driver; devoted brothers Kregg(and wife, Tori) and Klint Keltner; loved nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and her grandparents Kyle (Tommy) and Janette Keltner.

A visitation is planned for Wednesday, August 20, 2014 from 5:00pm - 8:00pm at Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home, 1947 E. Seminole, Springfield, MO. The family will hold a private remembrances celebration at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made in her name to Lost and Found Grief Center, 2840 E Chestnut Expressway, Springfield, MO 65802 or to a charity of your choosing.
