Dear George, We were shocked and saddened to hear of Lorene's passing. It seems such a short time ago that you two had dinner with the Sauters in our home. Praying that God will fill your heart with comfort, and that you will feel his presence during this time.

Dear Brother George and Family,

We only met Lorene one time when we were commissioned as IMB missionaries to the Deaf in South America at the Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau on October 31, 2006. She was interpreting for the Deaf who attended the service. We had heard about her many times and about her desire and love to pray for IMB and NAMB missionaries to the Deaf. It was a wonderful blessing for us to finally meet her face to face and thank her for her prayers and for sharing our prayer needs and blessings with other around the world via the internet. She will be greatly missed.

May the God of all comfort be your strength as you mourn her passing, BUT rejoice in the memories of a life filled with blessing the lives and living for OTHERS.

"Sign"cerly yours,
Charles and Betty Thomas
