Jimmy Crisp

On Tuesday, February 26, 2013, former Mayor and Administrator of Seymour, Missouri, and professional fishing Western Bass Invitational Tournament Champion, Jimmy Lon Crisp departed this life in his home near Seymour at the age of 74.

He is survived by his wife Nadine of the home; children Vicki Mitzel of Florida, Shane Crisp and wife Jodi, Darren Crisp and wife Denise, Marketa Hambelton and husband Jerry, and Jamie Crisp all of Gainesville, Mo, Sheila Sturdefant and husband Mike, Teresa Yarger and husband Ross, Doug Johnson and wife Tina, and Delilah Johnson and husband Greg, all of Seymour, Mo.; 17 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; sister Loretta Evans and husband Kenneth of Aurora, Mo.; as well as a host of other dear family and friends.



Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, March 1, 2013 in the Seymour Nazarene Church. Burial will follow in the Seymour Masonic Cemetery with Masonic Rites given by the Hazelwood Lodge. Visitation will be Friday from 1:00 p.m. until time of service in the church. Arrangements are under the direction of the Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Seymour.
