Stanley E. "Butch" Templeton, 73, of St. James City, Florida passed away December 2, 2012.
He was born April 27, 1939, in Elizabeth, New Jersey, a son of the late Stanley and Sarah (Love) Templeton. He grew up with eight brothers and sisters: Thelma and Ronald who survive him, and the late Donald, Alan, Dick, Cora, Shirley,and Alice.
Butch spent his working years in warehousing. He was a die-hard New York Giants fan and also routed for the lowly New York Mets. After retirement he and Mary moved to Pine Island, Florida, where he enjoyed his passion for boating and fishing. He considered the waters at New Pass in Bonita a "paradise" which will become his final resting place.
He leaves to cherish his loving memory, his beloved wife of 40 years, Mary Dreboty, 3 daughters, Lori Roman, Joann Mihalko and Stacy Klecha,and 2 step daughters, Sheryl Marsh and Renai Dunn. "Poppy" was loved and will be dearly missed by his grandchildren Megan, Mark, Daria, Michael, Kristy, and Joey. He was welcomed into Heaven by his special angels Mark and Thomas. He is also survived by many dear nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.

My sincerest sympathy to the whole family, I have many fond memories of time spent with Butch and Mary as I grew up. A great man will be dearly missed by many.
