Kimberly Austin Taylor Marvitz, 48 , passed away on Sunday December 9th at 2pm, losing her courageous battle with cancer. She was born Sep. 29th , 1964 in Danville, Indiana to Russell Eugene Austin and Susan Bowman Austin Cadenhead.

She graduated from Triton Central High School , a member of the National Honor Society, listed in the Who's Who of 1982 High School Seniors ,and was a gifted athlete. She went on to attend Indiana University as well as Florida State University. She was employed at the Pavese Law Firm in Fort Myers as a certified land closer and real estate legal assistant.

She is survived by her loving husband, Andrew Marvitz; her former husband Brooks Taylor, who is father to her son Ross Daniel Taylor, and daughter Courtney Marie Taylor; her mother Susan Cadenhead; brother Christopher Michael Austin; step sister Sue Lynne Hicks, as well as an incredibly large extended family that still reside in the Indiana area.

Kimberly touched many lives and will forever be remembered for her loving and compassionate heart.

A memorial service will be held Sunday, Jan. 20th at 2 p.m., located at Hope Hospice 2430 Diplomat Parkway, E., Cape Coral. 33909

Her family respectfully requests that in lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to Hope Hospice House in Kimmy's name.
