Mildred Louise Barth

Mildred Louise Barth of Ft. Myers was welcomed home by her Heavenly Father on Dec. 31 2012. She was a faithful prayer warrior, who took the needs of her family, friends and caregivers to her Lord daily.

Mildred was born March 17, 1924 in Dayton Ohio.

She enlisted in the US Navy WAVES, serving during WWII. She married her hometown sweetheart, Jack Barth, in 1946. They raised five children in the Dayton Ohio area until they moved to Ft. Myers in 1966.

Mildred was preceded in death by her loving husband Dr. Jack 'E' Barth of Ft. Myers, parents Bernard C. Brown and Ena (Ray) Brown, sister Virginia (Brown) Huskey, brothers Jack Brown and David Brown all of Dayton, Ohio.

She is survived by her children; sons Charles Barth (Nancy) of Orlando FL, Jeffrey Barth (Ruth) of Altha FL, Dana Barth (Diane) of Cape Coral FL, daughters Joan (Barth) Street (Tim) of Williston FL and Julia (Barth) Burley (Richard) of Ft. Myers, 10 grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren, a brother Eugene Brown of Orlando, and her husband's sister Bonnie (Barth) Lambert of Macon GA.

Service will to be held 11 am at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Chapel, Saturday January 5. Viewing to be held one hour prior to service.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Hope Hospice
