Neil Mac "Tex" Clark

April 29, 1928 - March 7, 2014

Neil Clark passed away peacefully at home on March 7, 2014 at the age of 85 with his wife and family by his side. He was born at Oak Creek (Bronte) TX, to Blanche McKown and Henry J Clark. Neil proudly served his country on the USS Piedmont during WWII as a Radio Operator. He had a 32 year career with the El Paso Water Department working his way up to Well Drilling Supervisor. He recently returned to El Paso after 23 wonderful years in Old Bridge Village N Ft Myers Florida where he was known as Tex. Neil was always there to help anyone in need and a very loving husband and father. He was a Life Member of the VFW 8919 El Paso, an Officer and Life member at the Elks Lodge 2742 and member of American Legion Post 336 in Ft Myer.

Neil is survived by his wife of 50 years Virginia Ruth Chillcott Clark, son Alan W Seppelin / wife Emma, grandchildren Alan W Seppelin III and Erin McDaniel, great grandchildren Sienna and Landon McDaniel, Brother-in-Law Ret Col Dewey Chillcott and wife Patricia.
