John Mark Wojciki, 48, of Fort Myers, FL died unexpectedly on Friday, July 16, 2010 in Erie, Pennsylvania. John was born July 28, 1961 in Erie, PA a son of the late, Casimir and Shirley (nee Harcourt) Wojciki. After graduating high school, he attended Gannon University in Erie. He had been a resident of Fort Myers for the past 17 years coming from St. Petersburg, FL. John was the owner and president of CA-RY Industries, a golf maintenance supply company located in Fort Myers, FL. He was a member of numerous golf course associations and loved playing golf and flying. He was also a member of the Cub Club. He was a sponsor of many youth sports programs and most recently the San Carlos Scorpions Soccer team.
He is survived by his loving wife, Pamela K. Wojciki of Fort Myers, FL; three children, Caitlin I. Wojciki, Cassandra M. Wojciki and Jonathan J. "J.J." Wojciki all at home; three brothers, Bud Harcourt of Meadville, PA, Harry Harcourt of St. Petersburg, FL and Joe Wojciki of Alexandria, LA; three sisters, Betty Voto of Erie, PA, Dorothy Kendra of Erie, PA and Jacqueline Martin of Michigan and his beloved dog and ice cream buddy, Tootsie. He is also survived by his step-father, Jack Martin of St. Petersburg, FL. He was preceded in death by his father, Casimir Wojciki in 1970, his mother, Shirley Martin in 2007 and a sister, Debbie Gower in 1994.
A memorial service celebrating his life will be held Thursday evening, July 22, 2010 at 7:00 PM at the Cornerstone United Methodist Church 8200 Immokalee Rd., Naples, FL with Rev. Roy M. Terry, IV, officiating. The family will receive friends at the church from 6:00 PM until the time of service. For those attending the service the family requests that you wear golf attire and no suits. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a fund established for his three children, the Wojciki Memorial Fund at any Wachovia Bank with the account number ending in 80.
