Virginia Noyes was born April 19, 1937 in East Sullivan, Maine. Virginia went to be with the Lord on July 8, 2011. She was the daughter of late Hazel Hanna Urann and Ralph Urann. She attended the University of Boston. She moved to Florida in the Summer of 1969 and worked for Parker's Office Supply. She retired from the News Press in Fort Myers. She attended the First United Methodist Church in Fort Myers with her late friend Roland K. Basler. She was a member of TOPS, enjoyed traveling, and played the flute well. She is survived by her daughter, Sandra Clancy, sons Leonard George Noyes (deceased), Leonard R. (Olga) Noyes, and Grant Basler, grandchildren Mariah, George and Adam Hernandez. Also surviving are her three sisters Maria (Sandy, deceased) Burns, Frances Myers, and Francena (Jack) Elwell, nieces and nephews, Pamela Hugie (Alan, deceased), Colleen (Meliton) Huerta, Ralph (Eva) Elwell, John (Carol) Elwell, James (Diane) Elwell, Bonnie (Dennis) Clancy, Paulette (Randy) Satterfield and many great and great great nieces and nephews along with many cousins. The Cape Coral and Lehigh Hospice Houses were wonderful in caring for Virginia for the past 13 months and were very supportive to her family.
