There is something to be said & admired about people who boldly speak out their convictions. That was our friend Jo Hedges. She didn't care about eye rolling or shy away from a good debate. Jo used her voice in support of those who could not use their own. Lately I've become aware that we are more like a "human becoming" than a being. Change in our bodies and life experiences constantly shift us into becoming something different. Only God is the "Unmoved Mover". Jo's bravery and determination to battle cancer change me and the respect that I now have for thousands of others fighting this disease. She gave me grounds for a better understanding and cause to think hard and stay humble, and for that I am thankful to Jo. My prayers and condolences are with her dear family and friends.

I will fear no evil for you are with me, your rod and staff will comfort me. Ps 23:4
