Dear Bechtel family,
I am so sorry for your loss. I remember Mr. Bechtel and the whole family from your time at Hollidaysburg. Julie and I went to school together and were good friends at school. Mr. Bechtel (and Mrs. and family) always made me feel so welcomed at your home. My mom and dad saw the obituary in the Blair Press and sent it to me. I now live in Maryland with my husband and son. I still have warm thoughts of Mr. Bechtel (Mrs. and family). I always enjoyed spending time at the house. You all are in my thoughts and prayers. Mrs. Bechtel, I am so sorry for the loss of your wonderful husband, I always admired your relationship. Julie, Betsy, Eric, I am so sorry for the loss of your dad. He was a sweet, quiet, and caring man. When I think back at high school days, your family is one of the fondest memories I have.
God Bless,
Amy (Bender) Shotting

Dear Dorie,

I am so very sorry to see that Charlie passed. I know you both from coming into The Foot & Ankle Group. Charlie and I always had a good time talking about Pennsylvania. He always mentioned "Dave's Dream" restaurant and other places we both knew about. He was always a kind, gentle soul to me and I will surely miss him. May you and your family find peace and solace among each other at this sad time.

Sincerely, Pam Lemieux

Dorie and family, You have my deepest sympathy in the passing of Charlie. I have often wondered how you and your family were. Did you know that Dollie Jean passed 4-25-12 very suddenly. It was a big shock to everyone. My e-mail address is [email protected]. I would love to hear from you. Blessings on you and your family.

So sorry to hear of Uncle Charles' passing. I'm praying for you all, Aunt Dorie, Julie, Betsy and Eric, that God will comfort you in this time of sorrow. I remember Uncle Charles as being a very handy person and am thankful that you all took me in as a "poor college student" so I could get to know him better. Love you all.
