Stephen Lee Webb

Stephen Lee Webb of Ft Myers, Florida, went to be with his Lord on August 12, 2013. He is survived by his wife, Marcia (McDowell), with whom he recently celebrated 50 years of marriage, and their daughter Stephanie (Webb) Barrett and husband, Rich of Jacksonville, FL. Steve now joins his beloved son, Lee, who preceded him to heaven in 1991.
Born in Lexington, Kentucky to Lee and Hazel (Brandenburg) Webb, Steve grew up with his sister, Linda (Marshall), in River Edge, NJ, continuing to enjoy friendships started there until his passing. Steve received his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Kentucky and remained an avid Kentucky Wildcat throughout life, always a Kentuckian at heart. Steve and Marcia moved to Ft. Myers in 1973 where he was a pharmacist with Eckerd Drug until he retired. He enjoyed his Grace Brethren Church family, traveling, and was an expert on Civil War history. Known as their doting Grandpa, Steve will be dearly missed by Peyton, Carolina, Chase and Cutler Barrett. He will also be missed by his cousins, nephew, nieces and numerous other loving relatives, neighbors and church family members.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, August 30, at The Grace Brethren Church of Ft. Myers, beginning at 3:00pm. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Grace Brethren Church of Ft.
