Matt was a good friend and I would run into him from time to time through out my life. He was a kind spirit and had love for everyone. I had much respect for his actions and his character. He influenced many and will remain in our memories as a reminder to live up to his good moral.

My deepest condolences to the Woods family.

My son and I met Matt through Skatepark of Tampa. He always greeted us with a huge smile and often with a hug. He was a genuinely nice young man and was always in a good mood. He had a positive influence on many lives, and will be sorely missed. He was one of the good ones, and was taken far too soon. RIP Matt. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family during this devastating time.
